Invest105 is a foreign company and as such keeps all account information completely confidential and does not report the activities of any users be they players or agents to any 3rd party persons agencies. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of its members, if applicable, to report any winnings to their respective government Customs or Taxation departments.
Members must be 21 years of age or over.
Nevada Gaming Rules apply to any rule or type of wager not covered by the wagering rules section and regulations herein.
Each player has sole responsibility for his/her specific password and account number. Invest105 is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and account number to any third parties.
Account balances must be verified by the member on each call or when logged into the Online Sports Book.
Invest105 strives for 100% perfection but very rarely human error can occur. Due to Invest105's low service fees we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions and including but not limited to computer, typing, posting of odds, lines, or point spreads other than those intended.
All internet wagers must be confirmed with a password and thus are the player's responsibility. All wagers placed online and confirmed with a password are final.
All phone wagering calls will be digitally recorded and archived. Recordings will be used to resolve any questions or disputes over players' wagers.
Any wager disputes shall be resolved by the "read back" from the recorded call and the decision will be firm & final!
All players must confirm their bets using their password at the end of the call. It is the responsibility of the caller to listen carefully to the read back given by the operator before confirming the wager. If for any reason the call is dropped before confirming the wager it will be entered as long as the risk amount was given unless it's been previously specified otherwise for the specific account.
Management keeps track by computer of all wagers, point and/or price changes made prior to the start of an event to help minimize errors and aid in fairly settling disputes.
All sporting events must be played on the scheduled date unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action". (see Official Game Quick Index)
All event and game winners are determined on the date of the event's conclusion according to house rules and conditions. Invest105 does not recognize suspended games, protest and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
All rules, regulations and policies are subject to change at Invest105's management's discretion.
Any and all bets placed in an attempt in any way to defraud the website will be deemed void. Any and all bets made or contracted by any professional gambler or member, employee or associate of a professional sports wagering group, who has not previously identified themselves to management, shall be voided and the balances in such accounts held by the website.
